THE FRIDGE

Eric's 10 Min. Chicken & Steak Philly |
What people don't know is that making a good meal is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Countless times I have opened my refrigerator looking at the empty box thinking that I have nothing to eat. However, whipping up a meal with barely nothing is what I do best. As I looked into my fridge one Saturday afternoon all I saw was sliced chicken breast, sliced roast beef and some cheese. I thought to myself there is no way I can possibly eat another cold sandwich with the deli meats I've been munching on for the week. That is when I started to get creative. I thought to myself that there was definitely another way to make use of my ingredients. This is what I did: I took the deli meats and chopped them all up and threw them in a frying pan with some frozen assortment of bell peppers. I popped in some teriyaki sauce and honey mustard. Cooked until the meat became well done just like a chicken and steak philly should be. When it was just about done I added some cheese to top off my innovative sandwich. Scooped it up with a spatula and walla! slammed it on a hero. Added some hot sauce and ketchup and I had accomplished absolute glory. Total cost ran me probably less than 3 bucks. Food + being cheap are not all that bad when you are a guru chef. Below is a list of ingredients, all you have to do is keep these things around and you can never go wrong.
